Testimonial from Jason Moriarty, Founder Rebel Bootcamp

First off I have been looking at suspension training for a while and checked all the other products on the market. I finally decided on the Rip 60 as it gave greater versatility in the exercise we could perform and in particular the rotational element really is the only one to help serious athletes as well as those wanting to get greater development of the core.

At Rebel I insist all trainers are certified by an internationally recognized body such as American Council on Exercise (ACE), although a lot of trainers are of the opinion that suspended training is simple I prefer to have my trainers certified in whatever we teach. We even brought our lead trainers from Singapore down.

The programme ran by Fit was very professional allowing the experienced trainers to review some skills they may have been neglecting and gave those with newer certification a chance to see the theory in action.

I really liked that once we had all the basics covered and Jeremy the master trainer was happy he gave us a stack of ideas for application in Rebel.

One of the issues with boot camps can be the intensity, its hard core or nothing a great benefit of the FIT training was the exercise modifications allowing Rebel instructors to cater for all levels from beginners to the seriously advanced.
