GABRIEL NG
Let me introduce you to Gabriel Ng, a dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professional in the field of physical rehabilitation and personal training. Gabriel is a certified Physiotherapist & Personal Trainer. He is extremely passionate about sharing knowledge of the human body. With a strong belief in a holistic approach, Gabriel specializes in injury rehabilitation, static and dynamic postural correction with functional strength and conditioning. He believes that the elements of health and wellness include: physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual. The key for a persons ultimate well-being is to have each of those elements in proximity. A person recovering from an injury is more likely to achieve total recovery if they stay positive – prioritize mental health! A person will achieve a greater fitness goal when they are intrinsically motivated – believe in yourself!
His motto is: “Breaching the gap between rehab and fitness.” As an edutrainer at FEA/FITM, his goal is to help fitness professionals better understand clients who might be recovering from any injuries or have postural related issues. This can be achieved by integrating corrective exercises into fitness programming and working with other allied health professionals while taking safety measures in training to improve the overall outcome and satisfaction of clients. Over the past two decades, the Global Fitness Industry has embraced Corrective Exercise as a key skill for fitness professionals, recognizing that clients often experience pain or injuries. Courses conducted by Gabriel will provide knowledge and application skills for fitness professionals to help their clients stay on track or get back on track with their fitness journey, fostering deeper trust and loyalty between trainers and clients.
