Fitness industry is one of the fastest growing sector. That is probably why Gym Instructor is one of the most sought after course in FiT Malaysia.

Meet Aishah, Zaharin and Jasni, from Penang
How did you find out about the course?
Aishah: My husband (Jasni) and I wanted to learn proper techniques of exercising and roles of gym instructor. We searched through the internet for related courses and we found FiT Malaysia’s page.
Tell us more about your background.
Aishah: My husband and I has a gym opening soon in Penang. I previously worked in the private sector and my husband was a Physical Education school teacher. We are both fitness enthusiasts and we decided to do something with our passion. I dragged along my younger brother, Zaharin who has just graduated from Diploma of Pharmacy as we needed manpower.
What did you learn from the course?
Zaharin: We learnt many things that we didn’t know before, such as correct exercise techniques.
Aishah: We had all kinds of machines in our gym but we didn’t know the correct way of using it.
Jasni: Before this, we learnt exercise techniques from videos on youtube and we really don’t know which to follow as there are so many different techniques practised out there. And obviously learning from someone face to face is so much better!

Taufik: I found out about the course through my Facebook friend who is a coach. I asked for his advice on where to attend fitness training and workshops and he recommended FiT Malaysia. He said it’s a good place to learn about safe and effective exercise techniques.
