Who’s the TRAINER?
Brett is a Certified Personal Trainer from National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Sports Performance Association and American Council on Exercise. He is also a Certified Vibrogym Trainer Level 1 & 2. He has 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is the 2004 Ringside World Champion. Brett is currently the Senior Fitness Consultant and Master Trainer/Instructor in Gold’s Gym, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where he organizes in-facility staff training of fitness instruction and personal training team. He used to be Pro-Trainer/Kickboxing and Boxing Instructor Washington Sports Club, Washington, DC USA where he Conducted group exercise classes in kickboxing and boxing, as well as trained both professional and amateur athletes in kickboxing, boxing, and Tae Kwon Do and designed and organized small and large group fitness programs and seminars related to boxing and kickboxing. In addition he was the Program Fitness Manager in Washington Sports Club, Washington, DC USA and Physical Education Teacher in William Wirt Middle School, Maryland, USA.
