Exercising during pregnancy has shown numerous benefits towards the mother and baby. This 6-hour course provides personal trainers and group fitness instructors information regarding the changes occurring within the body during pregnancy as well as the safety, benefits of and contraindications to exercise.
You will learn pregnancy-specific exercises as well as how to modify many standard exercises for your pregnant clients and those who have recently given birth. On completion of the course, you will feel confident in training and designing programs throughout the 3 trimesters of pregnancy and for 6 months’ post-partum.
