Role Overview

The Multimedia Executive is responsible for FITM/FEA’s visual identity and marketing content. This role combines graphic design, photography, videography, and website presentation to showcase our fitness education offerings, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of our programmes and audience within the fitness education industry. The Executive creates content that is aesthetically engaging, culturally adaptable, and aligned with our mission—ensuring our message resonates with fitness professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design posters, brochures, course covers, certificate templates, and digital ads.

  • Capture and produce high-quality, engaging photos and videos of events, classes, and campaigns.

  • Edit and deliver professional multimedia content for websites, social media, and promotional channels.

  • Plan, create, and manage content for social media, email, and digital campaigns.

  • Maintain and update websites for accurate, user-friendly, and visually appealing presentation.

  • Coordinate with management, educators, and course developers to produce relevant content.

  • Ensure all content aligns with FITM/FEA’s brand identity and communicates fitness education effectively.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proficiency in design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent).

  • Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.

  • Experience with website CMS (WordPress or Wix).

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with management, educators, and students.

  • Strong understanding of visual communication for cross-cultural and diverse audiences.

  • Certification or demonstrated interest in the fitness/wellness industry is an advantage.
