PERSONAL TRAINING TUTORING
Our Personal Training Tutoring sessions provide personalized, one-on-one coaching for students who are either preparing to join or currently enrolled in our Certified Fitness Professional (CFP) course. These sessions are designed to support those who need additional supervision, feedback, and hands-on guidance to perform exercise techniques confidently and correctly.
Led by our experienced PT tutors, each session focuses on practical skill development, including proper execution of fundamental movements and safe training practices. You’ll receive step-by-step instruction tailored to your needs—helping you build the skills and confidence required to succeed in the CFP course and beyond.
What Our Tutors Will Teach:

Basic warm-up and cool-down drills

The basic movement patterns: squat, deadlift, lunge, horizontal push, horizontal pull, vertical push, vertical pull and rotation

Proper technique, alignment, and movement control

Individualized coaching based on the exercises you need most help with
We recommend that you inform your tutor in advance about any specific movements or techniques you’d like to focus on, so your session can be customized to your goals.

Additional Support:
During your session, if your tutor observes signs of potential muscular imbalances or movement restrictions that may limit your performance, you may be referred to one of our qualified Corrective Exercise Specialists for further assessment and personalized corrective strategies.

These tutoring sessions are meant to support your learning and skill development but do not guarantee passing the CFP course. Tutors are not permitted to disclose any examination materials or specific assessment content. The number of sessions required varies depending on individual ability, and learning pace.
