Eric Koh began his career as a personal trainer in late 2011 and has helped countless individuals ranging from youths to adults achieve success with their fitness goals. Eric has had experience with coaching small group classes as well, ranging from functional training to weightlifting, powerlifting and bodybuilding.
During his spare time, Eric loves training hard at the gym. Besides that, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and reading self-improvement books to better himself for the future.
