We had our first kettlebell training last Sunday and the class was full! Awesome attendance!
Participants were briefed on safety before the workshop started and experienced various kettlebell movements which includes swing, snatch, clean, overhead movements, turkish get-up and windmill. They were trained on how to instruct their clients on those moves. Most importantly they were taught on how they can include kettlebell training into their clients PT programmes yet ensuring safety and effectiveness of programme.

Overall, we received good feedback about the course, most of them enjoyed the course and found the course beneficial for personal trainers…
