Your Role at FITM
As a Education Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us fill class capacities by sourcing, consulting, and enrolling passionate individuals into our programs. You’ll be guiding future fitness professionals at every stage of their educational journey – from discovering their path to enrolling in the right certification.
This is not a sales position – it’s advisory work with purpose, helping people take meaningful steps in their fitness careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and nurture leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and events
- Conduct consultations to match prospects with the right certification or education pathway
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM
- Contribute to social media marketing activities to generate leads, including filming class activities, capturing student moments, and editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Follow up with prospects professionally and persistently
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to enrollment and post-registration
- Stay updated with our certifications, course schedules, and industry trends
- Contribute ideas for improving the lead generation and sales process
- Collect and share student success stories for marketing use
KPIs You May Be Measured On
- Understand the fitness courses and the target audience for each
- Effectively match the right prospects to the right courses based on needs and goals
- Number of qualified consultations conducted
- Conversion rate from consultation to enrollment
- Monthly revenue from enrollments
- Lead follow-up speed and consistency
- CRM data accuracy
Who We’re Looking For
- A people-person with a passion for helping others grow
- Confident, articulate, and excellent at building rapport
- Organised and proactive with strong follow-up habits
- Curious about the fitness, health, or education industries
- Able to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Counseling, Sports Science or related field
- 1–2 years experience in sales, educational consulting, fitness industry, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English essential; BM and Mandarin a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable using basic tech tools (Zoom, email platforms, etc.)
- Familiarity with fitness certifications or health education is a strong advantage
- Experience in lead generation or digital marketing is a bonus
