Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Petaling Jaya. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for advising and guiding students in their educational journeys, developing and implementing educational programs, and providing personalized consultations. This role also involves conducting consultation sessions, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse clients
- Experience in developing educational programs and conducting training sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus
