Course Details

Description

This 2-day course will allow participants to explore and familiarise themselves with modern assessments and corrective exercise techniques that can be programmed into 1-to-1 training sessions as well as small group sessions. Focusing on common postural deficits such as upper and lower cross syndrome, forward neck, valgus knees, and other movement flaws caused by past injuries and common daily habits, participants will be able to guide their clients using assessment techniques, tool-based and hands-on therapy techniques used by clinicians, towards healthier movement patterns keeping them PAIN FREE and preventing future injuries.
